Granada Building, built in 1927, THE STUDIO IN LA joins a lineage of creators and visionaries like George Hurrell and Gregory Ain who likewise defined the vanguard of L.A. culture.

TO DO THE WORK. What we're doing isn't so different. What's different is the fact that we're doing it.
We get to do the work here. Testing, talking, trying extremes, being wrong, thinking it thru, figuring it out.
TO CHALLENGE AND BE CHALLENGED. We want the public to come engage with the work;
to be a vital part of the process, not just polite observers.
TO BRING ART AND PEOPLE TOGETHER. Theatre's a collaborative artform. It has the capacity to bring all the arts together, and comes to life with a live audience. Always, we make theatre together.
